Best Commercial RO Plant Supplier in Hubballi (2026)

DRINK SAFE AND PURE

Bangalore Aqua - Commercial RO Plant Supplier for Hubballi

Hubballi (ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ) is the trading half of the twin city: wholesale markets, transport yards, a busy railway junction, hotels along Gokul Road and a large hospital load anchored by KMC-RI, the government medical college and hospital formerly called KIMS (The Hindu, September 2024).

Piped water is still intermittent. In April 2026 the HDMC commissioner said the twin cities draw 120 MLD and 80 MLD from the Malaprabha plus 20 MLD from Neerasagar, with an L&T project adding 43 MLD, and that rural fringes still rely on tankers and local borewells (Times of India, April 2026). So businesses store water in sumps and top up from bores or tankers, and the inlet chemistry keeps shifting.

We are honest about distance: we do not have a factory in Hubballi. Every skid is fabricated and tested at our own unit in Kogilu Layout, north Bengaluru, then dispatched by road and installed and commissioned at your site by our team.

A softener stops scale but does not lower TDS. UV only kills microbes. Reverse osmosis with the right pre-treatment, sized to your real peak demand, keeps drinking, kitchen and process water consistent.

Bangalore Aqua And Energy Pvt. Ltd. manufactures RO plants, water treatment systems, softeners, community and solar RO plants, and industrial and commercial systems. Every commercial plant comes with AMC support after handover.

Hubballi Water Quality: What the Data Actually Says

Piped Malaprabha and Neerasagar supply. HDMC blends Malaprabha water with Neerasagar lake water, and the commissioner said Neerasagar water would be moved to rural areas once the extra Malaprabha flow arrives (Times of India, April 2026). We have found no published, ward-level TDS figure for Hubballi’s piped water, so we do not quote one.

Groundwater stress. The Dynamic Ground Water Resources of Karnataka 2025 report (mirrored copy) assesses the city core as a separate Hubballi Nagara unit at a 43.93% stage of extraction and the surrounding Hubli taluk at 62.21%, both classed safe. The 2023 assessment (mirrored copy) gave 44.79% and 62.56%. “Safe” describes quantity, not quality.

Quality tags. Neither Hubli nor Hubballi Nagara carries a quality tag in the 2025 report. To the east, Navalgund is tagged for salinity and nitrate and Annigeri for nitrate, relevant to tankers from that side.

Older CGWB mapping. The CGWB Ground Water Information Booklet for Dharwad district (December 2008, DocsLib copy) says shallow groundwater is generally potable but turns alkaline to saline in deeper zones, especially in the east of the district. Weaker: 2008, third-party mirror.

CGWB monitoring wells. CGWB’s quality dataset on the National Water Data Portal includes wells in and around Hubballi:

  • Adaragunj (2013-2022): EC 857-1,819 µS/cm, chloride 85-334 mg/L, hardness 200-470 mg/L; one 2022 sample gives TDS 928 mg/L.
  • Bidnal (2002-2022): EC 220-2,390 µS/cm, chloride 21-511 mg/L, hardness 50-420 mg/L; TDS 1,018 mg/L in one 2022 sample.
  • Sherewad (2003-2022): EC 607-1,304 µS/cm, hardness 120-260 mg/L; TDS 662 mg/L in one 2022 sample.
  • Sulla (2014-2022, weaker): EC mostly 870-1,703 µS/cm with hardness 280-580 mg/L, plus a single 2017 reading of 11,780 µS/cm that looks like an outlier.

No usable nitrate or fluoride values exist for these wells, and a few wells cannot represent a city.

Rainfall. The 2025 state report gives Dharwad district a normal of 787 mm; the 2008 CGWB booklet uses 772 mm.

Takeaway: we do not invent a single Hubballi TDS. A Malaprabha-fed hotel in Vidyanagar, a borewell lodge near Gokul Road and a tanker-fed eatery in Tarihal can sit in very different bands. Every quote starts with a feed-water test from your actual source.

Pre-Treatment Configurations by Water Source

HDMC piped supply (Malaprabha and Neerasagar): Sump storage – Activated carbon for chlorine – 5-micron cartridge – RO where TDS or taste matters – UV – SS storage.

Borewell: Multimedia – Carbon – Softener and/or antiscalant – 5-micron and 1-micron cartridges – RO – UV – SS storage. Test hardness, chloride and iron first.

Do you have a factory in Hubballi?

No. We build every skid at our Kogilu Layout unit in Bengaluru, test it there, dispatch it by road and install it at your site.

Work from peak hourly demand, not daily totals. A cafe may need 100 LPH; a hotel or hospital often needs 1,000-2,000 LPH. We size it after a site survey.

There isn’t one. Sampled CGWB wells in and around the city read EC of 220-2,390 µS/cm, and piped water differs again. We design from your lab report.

Not always. Carbon, filtration and UV may suffice; RO helps when you blend bore or tanker water.

Size raw storage for the gap between supply days, the RO for your peak hour, then add treated storage.

Our published bands run from ₹45,000 – ₹85,000 for 100 LPH to ₹6 – ₹10 lakh for 2,000 LPH, installed. Freight to Hubballi is confirmed in the quote.

Standard skids are typically installed in about 2-5 working days after site readiness, plus transit time from Bengaluru.

A softener stops scale but does not lower TDS or chloride. It usually stays as pre-treatment ahead of RO.

AMC visits are scheduled in advance; keep spare cartridges on site so routine changes never wait.

Yes, after an inspection and a water test. See AMC Services.
